The GAT, commonly known as ‘German Army Trainers’, adopted by German military in the 1980s, needs little introduction. Oft copied and rarely bettered, these use an upper made of    Fine Italian suede leather and pig leather for the lining. The thick cupsole gives a sense of functionality and comfort unique to military items.
