  • Orders
    • What currency are your prices listed in?

      All of our prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST

    • How can I pay?

      Payment methods online are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Afterpay. All of these are also accepted in store with the exception of Paypal

    • How will my order be shipped?

      This may vary depending on the item and shipping location. Please see our dedicated Shipping page for more info.

    • When are you open?

      We are open 24hrs online. Our retail store is open 7 days and the hours are listed at the bottom of the page. We sometimes close on public holidays, but check our instagram and news page for updates, or contact us to check

    • Can I cancel my online order?

      You can cancel at anytime prior to your order being shipped. If you have received a shipping notification, then it is too late to cancel. However, returns are fine within 14 days. See our Returns and Exchanges page for further details

    • Do you offer lay-by?

      We certainly do offer a lay-by system in our store. Please contact us or visit the store for more information. We also offer Afterpay both in store and online for your convenience

    • What is your Domestic Shipping?

      Shipping costs are based on the size and/or weight of the item purchased. All orders over $300 AUD are shipped express for free Australia-wide.

      All orders shipped within Australia are sent using Startrack Express or Australia Post Express. A signature will be required for delivery, which is usually the next business day after shipping.

      All orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same day wherever possible. However, we cannot guarantee next day delivery due to courier collection and occasional delays. If your order will be significantly delayed we will always do our best to keep you informed of progress.

      To maximise efficient delivery, please specify an address and/or preferred delivery time when someone will be around to receive the parcel. If no-one is home the parcel will be taken to your nearest post office for collection, which can incur a re-delivery fee on our part.

    • What is your International Shipping?

      Shipping costs are based on the size and/or weight of the item purchased. All orders over $850 AUD are shipped free of charge.

      All orders are sent using a door to door international courier service. A signature will be required for delivery. Each country has their own system for imports with individual duty and charges based on the origin and value of the item(s). The buyer is responsible for all customs charges and/or fees.

      All orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same day wherever possible. However, delays can sometimes happen due to courier collection. If significant delay is expected prior to shipping your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

  • Returns
    • Our Returns Policy in short

      Contact us prior to returning any item

      Returns are permitted within 14 days of delivery

      The product must be in original and un-used condition with tags still attached

      All sales are final on pre-sale and sale items. No returns or exchanges are accepted on any discounted merchandise

      For international returns please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid customs delays and charges at the Australian border

      Want to exchange for a different size? That's OK, just contact us to arrange. It might cost you return postage, so please ask us first if you need sizing advice

      If your package is unclaimed and returned, you may be charged an additional handling fee

      We do not accept returns or exchanges for items tried on and purchased in-store unless discussed at the time of sale or if the item is a gift. Change of mind is not sufficient reason for a refund or return when an item has been purchased in store.

    • Return Policy

      Please contact us before returning any items. Shipping of returns must be controlled by the customer to ensure that it is accurate and error free. If there is a fault or complaint relating to your delivery, the customer must contact us as soon as possible giving relevant information and reason for the complaint at the following email address:

    • Return Conditions

      For online sales you can return the product within 14 days of the delivery. The product must be in as new un-used condition with all original tags still attached. If the product is used or damaged the product will not be refunded. Make sure to include your order information with the return and, if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest that you get a receipt and package ID for the return to aid with tracking and return shipment. 

    • Returning a Package

      If the returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges at the Australian Border. We are not responsible for any returned customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to PPHH Store.

    • International Orders:

      International order can be returned for refund only. Eligible items must be postmarked within 10 days of initial delivery. International customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred on returns. Underwear and Swimwear are not eligible for return.

    • Want to swap for another size of the same product?

      Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us that you would like to exchange. Where possible, we can temporarily hold an item in your required size pending receipt of your return. The buyer is responsible for return postage charges on exchanges, so please make every effort to get your correct size on the initial order. If you need help with sizing or any other information any item prior to purchase, please contact us prior to ordering.

    • Transport Damage

      If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately contact us to report the issue.

    • Unclaimed Packages

      For packages that are not delivered successfully and not subsequently collected at your local depot with 14 days. This may result in the item being returned to us automatically. We reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover shipping and freight companies' administrative costs in this case.

    • Can I return my Underwear or Swimwear order?

      In order to maintain standards of hygiene and safety for all customers, underwear and swimwear bottoms cannot be returned for a change of mind or incorrect size. Please consider your purchase carefully and contact us prior to purchase if you require sizing advice.
