Developed especially by Meg Company, this fabric is inspired by vintage fabrics and based specifically on old Scottish plaids. So-called the summer sweater as it is perfectly weighted as a single layer during these climes, but I believe it is a perfect layering piece at all times, especially with a turtle neck or long sleeve tee filling out that wide boat neck. Details are sparse with a unique fabric like this, a thick hem at the base to give drape and comfort and French seams used on the sides for a clean, superior finish.
