A 1953 model made of1.1mm thick horsehide leather. The brown vegetable-tanned hide is repeatedly coated with black aniline dye to create a deep, rich tone. A wax finish adds water resistance, unique lustre, and promising aging characteristics. Unlike denim with a 28-inch width, horsehide has no cutting limitations, allowing jackets up to size 42 and above to feature a seamless back panel. The lining is made of a warm striped blanket.
