These British Army pants, black version, are based on the 1940s British Army battle dress pants, incorporating elements of the 1960s Rhodesian Army battle dress pants, and adapted to suit the Japanese lifestyle. A distinctive feature is the belt loops. Originally designed for pistol belts, the belt loops have been reversed for greater ease of use and functionality. The back of the belt is also based on the tailoring of 1940s officer's pants, elevating the original fatigue pants design to the level of officer pants, transforming their value.
