New fit from Kardo is the Taka, an oversized pleated patch pocket trouser, with inverted pleats, elasticated back and enough weight to drape beautifully and be worn all year round.
Kardo work with extra-weft weaves shaped on semi-automatic looms, where each detail grows into the cloth as it is made. The yarns are dyed in industrial indigo, lending the fabric a deep, even tone. Contrasting threads are guided through the weft to form brick-like designs that rise gently from the surface. In hand, these patterns catch the light along their edges, giving the fabric equal depth and shadow. Pair with the Ryoko shirt for a formidable casual duo.
